This is a list of rules you need to agree to in order to contract any of Yorkshire Black Car Services’ offerings. While we rarely need to enforce these rules due to our commitment to client satisfaction and seamless, enjoyable rides, all riders are still bound by these conditions when using Yorkshire Black Car Services. Please read the rules below:
- You hereby agree to be responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle caused by yourself or any member of your party.
- No food is allowed in the vehicle.
- A sanitation fee of $300 will be charged for anyone who vomits or releases any bodily fluids or excretions inside the vehicle.
- All fees are subject to change depending on the extent or intent of damage.
- Your credit card listed with us may be charged for responsible damages and fees.
- NO ALCOHOL, NO SMOKING, AND NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES PROHIBITED BY LAW ARE ALLOWED IN THE VEHICLE!
- 15 minutes of waiting time is included. If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes, the driver will be released, a no-show will be considered, and you will be charged 100%.
- If additional waiting time is required, you will be charged at $1 per minute after the included waiting time.
- Extra stops or changes of route/schedule must be paid directly to the dispatcher or limo company.
- For transfers (point to point), cancellations made less than 3 hours before the pickup time will result in a 100% charge. For charters (hourly services), cancellations made less than 24 hours before will result in a 100% charge.
- We reserve the right to cancel rides within 48 hours after booking if any mistake has been made, or for emergency reasons. In the very unlikely eventuality that we need to cancel a ride, we will work with the client to find alternatives.
